Last Sledding Trip of The Season

We took a little trip up to the mountains this weekend. The weather was absolutely wonderful so we thought what better time to go sledding. Since it was so warm the snow was pretty wet. Wet snow makes for good forts!! Jason and the kids made this really great snow fort that was at least 4 ft deep. The kids loved it! They (John & Faith) pretty much just wanted to sit in the fort eating the snow. Yummy! While they sat in their fort the rest of us were sledding. When we got back in the car I looked to see just how warm it was up there......70 degrees! Gotta love Colorado.
